I am a designer from southern Indiana where I fell in love with the arts from an early age. Since I could walk, I have been dancing. I believe dance is one of the best ways to express yourself in a more articulate way than words ever could. Ballet has consistently served as a primary source of inspiration in my creative process. Learning to sew at a young age allowed me to witness another nonverbal way of self-expression and was my first introduction to fashion.
I am pursuing my BFA in Fashion Design at the Savannah College of Art and Design where I am focused on bridal and knitwear and identifying where the two can intersect. My goal is to create thoughtful garments that enhance the special moments of people's lives.
